Reconnect with the woman behind it all.
Helping women feel more like themselves again.
One-to-one coaching and coaching-led experiences for women with full lives.
For women with full lives.
Joyfully Honest creates space to pause, hear yourself clearly and reconnect with who you already are.
Whether you're running a business, leading a team, raising a family or navigating a new chapter, there are times when something feels ready to change — even if you're not quite sure what that change looks like yet.
Maybe you feel stuck or at a crossroads. Maybe you're questioning what you want next. Or perhaps life has become so full of responsibilities and expectations that there's very little space left to hear yourself.
Joyfully Honest creates that space.
A chance to pause, untangle what's going on, reconnect with what matters to you and find your own way forward — with more clarity, confidence and trust in yourself.
Ways to begin
Two different ways to reconnect with yourself. The same intention, in different settings.
1:1 Coaching
A private, one-to-one space that's shaped around you.
Whether something feels stuck, you’re navigating a change or decision, or you simply need space to think, talk, laugh, cry, celebrate or untangle what’s going on, we’ll begin with where you are and work towards where you want to be.
For motherhood, identity shifts, work, confidence, separation, change, decision making, or simply the feeling that life no longer feels quite like your own.
Group experiences
Not every meaningful conversation happens sitting opposite someone in a coaching session.
Joyfully Honest experiences bring women together in thoughtful, carefully designed settings that make it easier to pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves.
Each experience is different, but the intention is always the same: creating space for honest conversation, fresh perspective and the little shifts that help you feel more like yourself again.
Always coaching-led. Never forced.
Hi, I’m Becky
It’s lovely to have you here.
I’m a mum of three, a professionally trained coach, and the founder of Joyfully Honest.
Life has taken me through some unexpected chapters — divorce, single motherhood, finding love again, blending a family, building a career, redundancy and starting over more than once.
For a long time, I thought I needed to become someone different. Looking back, I can see that what I was really doing was learning to trust myself again.
Through small steps, honest conversations and the things that made me feel most alive, I slowly came back to myself.
I didn’t need to reinvent who I was.
I needed to rediscover the woman who’d been there all along.
That’s why I created Joyfully Honest: coaching where there is joy to be had, honesty to be welcomed, and space for women to feel truly seen, heard and more like themselves again.
Today, I create that space through one-to-one coaching and thoughtfully designed experiences.
What working together can give you
A space to hear yourself again.
Joyfully Honest brings together 1:1 coaching and coaching-led experiences for women who feel ready for something to shift, even if they can’t quite name what yet.
You don’t need to arrive with the perfect words or a clear problem. You just need a little honest space to pause, think and hear yourself clearly again.
From there, things can begin to shift.

What this looks like in real life
Sometimes it looks like a private coaching session when something feels stuck.
Sometimes it looks like an afternoon with other women — making something, walking somewhere, eating something delicious, or having a conversation that goes a little deeper than usual.
Sometimes it is simply the small things: a table laid with care, a moment of fresh air, a proper pause, a question that stays with you.
Joyfully Honest is here for the honest stuff, yes.
But it is also here for the moments that bring you back to life — connection, laughter, perspective, and the little things that help you feel more like yourself again.
Start where you are.
That's more than enough.
A relaxed, no-pressure conversation.
